Hitch Hikers

Hitch Hikers is an initiative for school years 8-13 run jointly with the United Reformed Church, Mill Lane, Broxbourne. The group meets from 7pm to 8.30pm on Sundays evenings in term time in the Upper Room at the URC.

A usual evening involves, chat, games, refreshments and Spirit Zone, which gives young people something to think about – perhaps a Bible story or book, or life issues relevant to the group. Regular trips are also organised, such as bowling evenings, trips to Quasar, or summer rambles along the river or through the woods. All young people who have left primary school but are not old enough for university are welcome!
