prayer

“Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God” (Philippians 4:6)
Prayer underpins everything that we do at St. Augustine’s and is an integral part of all our services as well as during the week. Members of the clergy are available to offer prayer ministry after any of our services.
There is prayer meeting on Wednesdays 1.15-2pm, in St Augustine's Church.

If you would like us to pray for you as part of the prayers that are said during our services, please contact Lynda Dray, our Parish Administrator, on 01992 444117 or by clicking here and she will add you to our prayer list.
There are also prayer cards available to the side of the communion table where you can write down your prayer requests if you would like others to pray for you.

The church is open to provide an opportunity for private prayer on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday mornings between 9.30am and 1pm.
If you would like a member of the clergy to visit you at home to pray with you, please contact the Parish Office on on 01992 444117.
